These books have proved an invaluable resource to enhance language skills for those children who are either EAL or just need a language boost. The juxtaposition of real life backgrounds and cartoon-type characters works really well and the books also include useful suggestions for activities and questions. I am writing this review because I checked on the website in case there was a Set 2. Disappointingly not at the moment but I’d certainly buy it if there was! I have used them on children in years 2 and 3 and they have loved them.
