My intervention 1st and 2nd graders are loving these games! We’ve played as a group of 3 with me projecting a copy while they all have a sheet in front of them, so one person spins, and we all color or write that person’s choice in their color. Keeps everyone engaged while waiting for turns. Once they learn the game, we play in pairs. Nice flexibility with how to play, and could also be done virtually. Plus I like that there’s minimal time on the logistics of playing with maximum time on skills. Reading and spelling options for the same sounds are awesome, and there’s even blank templates for making up your own. One of the spinners is too tight to use, however, paperclips are easy substitutes the 1st graders can manage fine. Nicely done!
